    you sound defensive are you so scared of dealing with me that you want me to tag someone else in? i mean your trying everything but I haven't lied to anyone about anything and to be frank you just cant prove anything so you jump from one thing to the next. how is it grasping at straws when your in a corner. The only reason this post has 20 reply's is because you just cant prove one thing so you try the next. now ill ask you to prove your original report provide full transcripts of all your communications to sythe. and we will see whos trying to scam who. good luck.

    Hi @Katanas and @Okamikun

    I'd like to note that @Peanut Services is responsible for what happens in his server. This is not me stating that he is responsible for a refund, as that has not yet been established. If peanut wants @Okamikun to handle this report, that's perfectly fine but then he will be representing Peanut Services as well.

    Regarding the report, I'll ask for a few things:
    1. Can either of you show me that proposition that was made by @Katanas regarding the account recovery?
    2. When exactly was this account purchased? The initial report states the 20th of September, but on the screenshots it shows that @Katanas claimed the account got banned on the 19th. I'd like to know exactly when the account was purchased and when it was banned.
    3. Can you show the initial agreement regarding the sale and the infernal cape service?

    Hi Zora, thanks for the reply!
    I’ll reply point by point in order for you to assess this systematically:
    Point 1 reply: The full transcript can be found here (https://www.sythe.org/threads/account-unlock-claim/) as Pirex claims to have uploaded it in a deleted post which Pirate used before. Server refuses to provide transcript and slandered my name & witch hunt to discredit me that left me with no other choice but to react the way I did

    point 2 reply: The account was purchased on 19th of September my time and was banned shortly after.

    point 3 reply: The initial agreement including the request for caper to complete the cape on the account prior to sale is all on the ticket of which we require Okami to please reveal the transcript of.

    I would also like to add this to the point 1 reply (CONTINUATION) I've seen the server provide transcript to the end-user with another report (https://www.sythe.org/threads/scamm-ookamikun/) but refused to give it to me to ensure I cannot defend myself. Will prefer to get a copy of transcript as well

    So this account was purchased on the 18th/19th (depending on timezones) and was banned the day after. I've reviewed the transcript and it ends at September 25th. Why are you reporting his issue half a year later?

    Great question Zora! Shortly after this incident occurred, the entire staff made it seem like I was in the wrong and tried to allow that scam to happen with no repercussions. I was then approached by a manager in the server at the time “Mrpirex1” who knew I was interested in an account and struck a deal with him and another ex-worker at Peanut Services (WEL Rick) who have both scammed me out of $1000 usd in the “account unlock claim” post and are now banned. I was dealing with that for months and it gave me so much mental stress on top of my job and took so long to figure out that I didn’t even have the mental capacity to deal with this until now.

    Below I have attached the link to the account unlock claim in which your own colleague (Mod Pirate) too has acknowledged the corruption going on in tickets that is not publicised and has admitted what Lagq has done is scamming/lying. https://www.sythe.org/threads/account-unlock-claim/

    On another note, I’ve been attempting to reach out to Mrpirex1 who has scammed me multiple times of hundreds of dollars and he’s just been brushing me off and practically telling me to get lost. Nevertheless, I asked him (keep in mind he was a manager in the server at the time and present in the ticket) if he thinks Lagq had scammed me and I was unfairly treated and he completely agrees and said after reading the transcript, (which Pirate had posted in the unlock claim) he observes it as borderline corruption.

    the 3 cases I posted earlier are not much different to mine, the only difference is that I did not take action instantly and was belittled by a big server.

    What has happened to you outside of the server with pirex and welrick has nothing to do with this report, as we were free from wrong doing in your previous report. You also contacted our server for advice over a month ago before making this report about buying another account, so you clearly had time to bring this up before now. Yes it may appear lagq tried to scam you, but it was clearly to get information from you in the transcripts nor would it be possible for him to collect as @Peanut Services nor I would of let him collect the 200m from you. If we had not let him do the “attempted scam” we never would of got you to admit “trading money onto that account from your alt”. Your own words. This is rwt in jagex eyes. You have been banned for rwt in the past and used vpns against our advice and were banned accordingly. You deserver no refundeds for bans per our tos and the account was recovered and returned to you per the warranty you claimed to have screenshots of per the transcript. So all in all this reports holds no water. Its sad to think a “big server” would bully you and scam you for 200m.

    Here he states clearly that I was conned out of the account. And again i'd like to reinstate that I said I moved money from my alt because I wanted you to take the account recovery/unban serious.

    You really can’t read? Maybe is English your second language? Some of those messages having nothing to do with this report other then an attempt to make people feel bad for you. And the relevant ones clearly state to refer to TOS which if you can read for both general and infernal ticket don't cover any type of ban other then macroing bans. If you need reading lessons or maybe a program to read to you i think google has those @Katanas.

    I refuse to engage in a conversation with someone who resorts to name-calling despite my respectful conduct.

    @Zora: No Terms of Service (TOS) were established for "Account Sale." Please note that the option to Open Ticket in Account Sale redirects to the General TOS.

    While the General TOS shields against bans for services, it does not cover account sales. Presumably, the same TOS shielded them against Macro Bans in those three cases .. Good for them.

    Regarding my situation, their one-week warranty holds no weight under Sythe Terms, so let's insist on a minimum one-month warranty. The account was banned within a few hours of my ownership, during which I made no transactions whatsoever.

    The crux of the matter lies in the
    absence of agreed-upon TOS prior to the sale (at least not in accordance with Sythe rules)
    What we do have compelling evidence of is that significant wealth was transferred off the account before the sale, suggesting involvement in the RWT business
    Due to my unfamiliarity with Sythe rules, I was uncertain about pursuing this matter further. They utilized their connections to present screenshots from Ace Services, suggesting that I was soliciting quotes from various sources. However, this evidence is purely circumstantial but convinced me enough I will lose the case
    I have come to report malpractice after 6 months because I understand customer protection rights that govern these servers.

    @Katanas you may want to read the infernal cape TOS again if you can as you did make an infernal cape ticket before this account purchase, you should know that we don't cover bans during or after infernal cape service which you are claiming this ban is from. Have a good day you have yet to provide any proof that you need a refund. You only provide a sob story and slander for which I think you should receive a twc before you do this to another server like you did to us.

    Hi, thank you all for your patience.

    I have reviewed this report and have come to the following conclusion:
    - The transcript is capped at 1000 messages. When this limit is exceeded, the oldest message gets removed to make room for the most recent one. For this reason we do not have access to the initial agreement and sale.
    - By default, we don't hold sellers liable for RWT trades that occur after the sale. You mentioned you've had time to login and check the account. This means that the seller is not liable for the lost account. We don't know why the account got banned, of course we can speculate but it's not really relevant.
    - The agreement regarding the account retrieval was a bit vague. @Katanas said "Ff you can get account back I’ll give you 200m". @Okamikun then proceeded to recover the account and give it back, asking for the 200m. I understand that @Katanas meant unbanned, but can also understand how this was interpreted by @Okamikun as having to recover the account. I don't think this is a scam attempt, but I also don't think @Katanas has to pay this.

    I will therefore close this report and mark it as resolved. Regardless, I'm sorry for the loss of the account.
